Hello, I signed up for Plusnet, which went live on the 7th October.

On sign up it mentioned a free gift card (I think for £60) - but I have yet to receive any correspondence on this.

Appreciate the assistance!

You should get an email confirming the gift card a couple of weeks after going live and then the card a couple of weeks after that. Hopefully a moderator will chase this up for you.

The degradation of support is a shame and I miss the old days of PN support. When my contract is up for renewal, I'll look elsewhere to see what is out there.
