topic Email saying order is going ahead even though I cancelled it in My Order

I'll try to keep this concise.

I phoned Plusnet to query a 31% rise in the cost of my broadband, and was convinced to upgrade to fibre. What I wasn't told was that I'd lose my landline telephone connection. I only discovered that from the order confirmation email. I contacted Plusnet again to cancel the order/upgrade, and was told that it had been cancelled. However my latest emails state Your broadband order is now being processed. etc.

I don't want to waste any more money on phone calls to Plusnet. Could somebody please confirm that the order has been cancelled, I won't be getting fibre, and my landline won't be cut off?

Btw the Help Assistant isn't functional, so I cannot contact you through that.

You won't be charged* if you call PN on

0800 432 0200

unlike calling the 0330 number which I suspect is chargeable to those who don't have a calling plan in place.

Edit: *I guess unless you're calling from abroad

I have looked into this for you and I can see we emailed you a copy of the ticket here confirming your order status.
