      <title>Nothing heard about order or activation date</title>

      <description>Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just popping out a query to see whether anyone can help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had placed my order (new customer) for my chosen broadband package 10th September, but have heard nothing since about shipping/activation date. Have been informed that I don't need an engineer for my broadband setup, so would have assumed it would be much quicker to get up and running. But obviously, have heard nothing from Plusnet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Will probably phone them up in the next few days if I don't hear anything.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks</description>
