Spoke to a guy, who pretty much matched the Voda offer, which had a £80 reward card, plusnet could offer £75. I accepted, did the ensign of the contract which had my monthly cost and the reward card in there.<BR />30 days later no email about reward card, messaged in to be told the two offers could not be activated together so no reward card, chased a few time but getting no where. Anyone else had this?<BR />Been to citizens advice and they say it is a breach of contract, as offer not fulfilled.<BR />Any pointers would be good to get this escalated.
