Another Hub 2 query

Like others ordered full fibre 25th July. Date for installation confirmed as 2nd August.

Ordered new router and paid for the postage.

I see from others that they only post this out a day or 2 before installation but I haven't had any confirmation of my router order and I hate uncertainty!

No updates appear on my account either.

Can anyone tell me if my router is in the pipeline please.

@jab1 no order tracking shows on my account at all and no notification so far.

Silly but this uncertainty about whether it's going to arrive on time I find quite stressful

@madka I find that a little strange, although I appreciate the vagaries of the PN system do throw up 'funnies'. However, if @willcutforth says it is on its way, I would tend to believe him.

What router are you currently using?

If you currently have a Hub1 I believe it can be used for FTTP. You simply plug the ethernet cable into the red WAN port.

To be fair, Will said that it was ordered, not shipped. My guess would be that it will be shipped today.

Good point, @Baldrick1 - I thought today was the 31st , which would have made it very tight.

Finally got a confirmation text to say its ordered and will arrive in a few days.

Hope they post asap!

Yeah so you are right @Baldrick1 it was ordered today so it should be shipped today which you will see it within the next day or 2. It was actually ordered without my interference just coincidental that it happened today when you asked @madka
