Hi, I've just switched from BT to Plusnet but the switch over will happen when I'm away from home. My question is : Do I wait until I'm back to plug in the Plusnet Hub or do I plug it in and connect it before I go? Does it even matter? Thanks for any advice in advance.

Personally I would disconnect the BT router before leaving and then add the Hub2 when you get back.

What you must do is leave the ONT powered up.

I can't confirm what service they are on over here. I can however tell them to the above so if they do have FTTP they will know they have an ONT
