Domain Name Renewal - Freenetname

As a legacy user from Freenetname to Plusnet via Madasafish , my domain that was created 24 years ago is due to expire soon and I'm having trouble using the plusnet webpages to find the correct route to help to login or raise a problem ticket to help.

I use this domain for my email registered with Plusnet.

I've not been able to login to my account for years as I do not have broadband or mobile and it doesn't recognise my email account or password even though they are valid on Plusnet Webmail.

Can Plusnet support please advise

@compaqs1234 It is usually renewed within 2 weeks of it expiring. When is it due to expire?

Thanks for confirming, I'll keep a close eye on it and I believe I have 30 days before it can be reallocated.

It expires 16 September. This is the first time I've ever checked the domain, so as you suggest, it may have been set to expire last year as well.
