&lt;P&gt;A warm welcome to the forums.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you received a tracking number?&amp;nbsp; Routers are despatched via RM24 and you should receive a tracking number.&amp;nbsp; It has been known for RM to leave the package somewhere, but not to put a note to that effect through the letter box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is also possible that BT Openreach have slipped the installation date ... and due to they way that happens, it might not have been communicated to you.&amp;nbsp; If you click the PN TICKETS link below (after logging into the portal in another window) you will be able to see the current status on your account.&amp;nbsp; If there is no ticket indicating that the router has been despatched, telephone customer support immediately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
