Hi,

We currently have fibre broadband with a Hub One router. We're in the process of a full fibre order which has been delayed due to Openreach needing to do some work first.

My question is, the Hub Two router has arrived. Can I set this up now, in advance of the full fibre being connected? From what I could gather, pre-order, Hub Two works with 'normal' fibre too?

Thanks.

As advised by @jab1 you can but it might not have come with a DSL lead. Simply use the Hub 1 cable plugged in to the DSL socket, not the Ethernet cable that comes with the FTTP routers..

Be aware that you need to login to the router admin page and change the WiFi password to that which you currently use - or change all your devices to the new p/w.
