      <title>New FTTP Installation stalled</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live on a new build estate with underground openreach infrastructure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now the Fibre is on my house but the pipe under my house is collapsed I went for permit openreach to dig fix and replace option and was told it would be within the next two weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As i've heard nothing and Plusnet are still charging me the out of contract rate I hsve no Idea what is going on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
