I just received a Plusnet Pure Card through the post. I'm wondering what this is for?

Have you recently ordered Broadband from Plusnet using an offer which included a Reward ?

I did order broadband back in November but wasn't aware of any sort of rewards. I believe the order I got was some form of deal so perhaps a reward was apart of it. So do you think that's why I received a card? And I'd be able to just use it?
