      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;I am moving to my new address in 2 days, activation of 300mb Full Fibre at new address is scheduled for the 5th of February, I was told I would have received the new Hub2 router at my current address so I could have it ready for activation day, but I haven’t received it yet. I can’t seem to find anything about it in My Account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I currently have the Hub1 and I know it could work but has the upstream capped, so that is why I am meant to receive the Hub2. Is there a way to see if it has been sent or not?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
