I ordered a full-fiber 145 plan on October 25, 2023, and no service has been received so far.

Plusnet confirmed that the broadband is ready to go live on December 28, 2023, and there has been no connection since day one. Keep passing day by day, giving various reasons. Having such a stressful life without the internet. Truly disappointed to see that the internet service provider himself doesn't know how the internet is connected to human life. It has been 3 months since the initial order. Only one thing they did right was starting the billing cycle even though the customer got no service.
