Upgrade delayed

Hello,

Yesterday was my activation day for my fibre FTTP upgrade but it had to be cancelled/delayed as the router still wasn't here. The router is now here and I'm just wondering how I go about re-organising an engineer visit?

@offan Don't see any reason why not having the router would cause the installation of FTTP to be cancelled. Who actually cancelled it? The ONT could be installed and tested with engineers equipment so it would be ready to go when the router arrived. You could also use a wired PC direct to the ONT as a temporary broadband connection.

It wouldn't be problem for me as I can see 4 or 5 routers lying around right now in my "office"😁
