Hi, I currently have a Broadband and landline phone package with Plusnet and I have just applied to upgrade to a Plusnet FTTP connection. Since my current package is still within its contract, will I have to pay an early termination charge?

As stated you don't. You might have had to take out a new ontract but that's all.

More important is your land line if you've not thought about it.

Thank you both for your replies.. much Appreciated... I realise that I'll lose my landline but it doesn't worry me at all. The cost of my original package.. (broadband and phone and Landline rental) is quite a bit more than Full Fibre74 which I've opted for. (£31.69 as against £24.99 per month) The majority of calls I get on my landline are Spam or nusiance calls, even though I'm registered with TPS so I won't miss it....

I now use my mobile and Whatsapp for calls and even video chats, which don't cost anything, so I'm Quids-In !
