      <title>terrible experience with plusnet support / openreach</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;-Had major issues trying to get plusnet set up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Box didn't activate on start date, plusnet finally advised they would send out a engineer (after 3 phones calls).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Engineer didn't show up - left no notes for plusnet so we aren't being told why we didn't get an engineer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Plusnet staff informed / guaranteed I would get a call from openreach that day to reschedule (still waiting on this call)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Called this morning and staff cant give me any useful information, wont give me any reschedule time and basically told me I will have no internet all weekend until Monday at the earliest.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so in conclusion nothing but hassle, will be about 17/18 days with no internet since purchasing Plusnet internet and I have been given no help / timeframe to when this will be fixed. Every time I call I basically get told cant do anything just wait for an update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone got any ideas / had this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
