Hello!

I've got a bit of an issue, I recently signed up for Plusnet broadband at my new home and everything seemed to be fine, I entered my postcode, selected my address, good to go. Activation planned for the 15th.

Today I get a knock on the door from the postman, he's got a letter for me from Plusnet, except the only reason it got to my door is because the postman knows me by name. The address on the letter is just my name, the house name, and the postcode, the rest of the address is missing and there's a "\n" symbol where it should be like it's not applicable or something.

When I check my account on the Plusnet website my address appears normal, so I am quite confused why most of it was missing on the letter they sent me and I am very concerned that it'll happen again when they post out my modem, if the postman that day doesn't happen to know me I worry it'll never get to my house.

Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I see, thank you.

Do you believe it will be an issue with me receiving the modem?

I have attempted to contact support but it keeps sending me to a page where I must pick from various pre-selected options and none of them are my issue so I'm at a bit of a loss here since I do not have a telephone with which to call them.

Thank you for taking the time to read my issue and share your knowledge on the matter.

Do you believe it will be an issue with me receiving the modem?

the address label for the router is likely to have the same problem.

Hopefully one of the Plusnet help team will see this thread and assist.

If not then I'm afraid it's either call in ( it's an 0800 number so free even from a mobile) or trust that the postman on the day gets it right
