topic Static IP after packge upgrade in My Order

I upgraded from 500Mb to 900Mb recently (an offer saving £2pm!). Just noticed that I now seem to be on a dynamic IP address, although I can see my static IP address on the user account . I have rebooted the router, that just gave a new dynamic address.

I've seen some old posts where the same thing happened.

If there's anyone from CS around could they push the buttons to restore the static ip

Tagging a couple of recently active support guys @adamwalker @MatthewWheeler

Cheers

Brian

OK cancel that request.

I am officially an idiot.

Somehow my VPN got turned on, probably because it was on when I turned off the laptop last night
