      <title>Installer no show.</title>

      <description>So my full fibre install was booked for this afternoon, so took the afternoon off work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's now 17:15. Technically they could turn up in the next 45 minutes (on a Friday afternoon), however I somehow doubt it. So..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1/ Do I get also £65 for a now show, like I get charged if they come to me and I'm not home?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2/ Do openreach own coats? Or are fibre installs only done on nice sunny days?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3/ What happens now? Do in I need to book another day off work? Do in I need to consult a long range weather forecast before doing so?</description>

      <description>So true, sadly, it was the only afternoon I could get off.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Openretch (not a misspelling) really are a shower of [-Censored-]e, this is off the back of a 4 month database error farce.</description>

      <description>Another visit booked for Thursday.  Weather looks dry, so fingers crossed they might turn up.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No answers on why there is a £65 no-answer charge applied to customers, but nothing for the customer if BT don't show up.  Surely the same should apply, a £65 account credit.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If anything, taking the day off work and nobody turning up is more expensive and disruptive to an individual than BT OpenRetch having to move onto the next job on the list.</description>
