    <description>I signed up on 31st May and need aine installed but was given a target connection date of 14th June. When I got a random text saying my order had been cancelled inrang support and was told that BT had been contacted, but 19thnJune was a more optimistic date for connection. BT engineer came and installed line, would have done fibre at same time but was not instructed to do so, much to his confusion. Our Virgin service was due for disconnect on 23rd June, so rang Plusnet again to be told that the previous 2 orders to BT for fibre connection had been "lost", but that another would be placed and expedited. A week later get a text/email informing me my activation date is 13th July.&lt;BR /&gt;I work from home and have no internet now since 23rdnJune, and am expected to wait 2 weeks for connection, mainly due to BT engineer not being given correct instructions for his visit, and then two Fibre connection orders going astray, which the support person said they had never seen before &lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone get my connection completed earlier, surely 6 weeks is not acceptable!?</description>

      <description>Thanks for the reply, I would appreciate discussing once connected. I assume when you say nothing can be done, this is because the work is dependant on BT, is this correct?</description>
