      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was informed that my Broadband and phone would move from John-Lewis yesterday (21st), but I did not receive any texts or emails to say this has gone through? Has my activation date changed? Would be good to know as I need to plan my work around any disruption that may occur when I have to change over the router. I also want to check that I’m not going to get charged for both accounts (old and new).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'll check back on this for you when I'm back on shift on the 27th and make sure the old account gets closed down correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
