No Phone Service.

Hi,

I have no phone service, I got an email from Plusnet today stating "Congratulations, your Plusnet Home Phone service is now ready to use"

Unfortunately there's no dial tone and if I phone it I just get a message saying "the number you dialed is currently not receiving incoming calls please try again later"

Could someone look into this please. (PS my broadband got activated today after a delay and that is up and running)

Hi Rob, I'm really sorry about the poor start to things with us, that must be so annoying.

I've checked your line and there's a fault at the exchange, I've logged it with Openreach and popped a ticket on your account here: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=235007829

@R0B I've just checked and it looks like Openreach are working on this for us today so I hope to see that fixed soon. - Adam
