&lt;P&gt;Although the payment has been taken your billing period starts when the service goes live.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you logged into the PN portal and checked any messages you may have received about your order - also check your Spam filter in case any e-mails have ended up there.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Yes I’ve logged into my account and there’s still no activation date.&lt;BR /&gt;Process seems to be stuck on step 5&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Current step.&lt;BR /&gt;ACTIVATING YOUR LINE&lt;BR /&gt;Broadband orders typically take a week to complete. We're waiting for confirmation that your broadband order, due {strCustActivationdate}, has completed.</description>
