If I understand correctly then BT will ask for their equipment back. However it doesn't need to be the day after service stops - you could have a few days grace.

I mention this because you can use BT routers on PlusNet. There is a guide on the Routers Board on how to set them up. This would solve any short term absence of a PN router.

Gave notice to move from Bt to PN just under 30 days ago. BT withdraw their service on Friday and we’ve not received router from PN. How long should we expect this transition to take ?? PN account just says “order being process” has been at this for weeks 😬

The quickest way to resolve this is to call them tomorrow - lines closed at 8PM tonight, and Help Team staff clocked off at the same time.

If you had said nothing to them, and asked PN to start yur service on Friday it most likley would have happened then. As it stands, you will likley be without broadband for a week or so.
