I intend to attempt to port my number to A&A is there anything i need to ask Plusnet to do before hand does anyone know?

No but dont request the port until FTTP is installed otherwise your existing service will get cancelled and cancel the FTTP install. As soon as FTTP is live, then request the port. You will be without phone for up to 14 days but the port should be sucessfull.

Have a read through this thread https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Order/Unable-to-port-landline-number-after-signing-up-to-Full-Fibre/td-p/1920590/page/3 particularly the last two pages.

I take it the new plusnet router will be delivered before hand

Hi,

I Ordered FTTP a week or so a go and my install date is 22nd June, I intend to attempt to port my number to A&A is there anything i need to ask Plusnet to do before hand does anyone know?

I have read through the forums and seen some people have a few issues

I take it the new plusnet router will be delivered before hand or does openreach bring it? - which would seem a bit strange to me!

Thankyou.
