      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have the Openreach fiber in the property.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've ordered full fiber broadband at 1st April.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I see two different state of the order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mobile version show me that a problem was &lt;SPAN&gt;found, but desktop version doesn't show any problems. (see attach)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The URL is the same.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;No any order changes for two week.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm ready to use my own router, but I don't have service activation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How much longer do I have to wait for something to happen?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Why I must to waste time with you?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you can't activate the broadband&amp;nbsp;service, then say so, I'll find another broadband provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I sent a claim three weeks ago.&lt;BR /&gt;Your employee called me and said that needed a visit from an engineer. Appointed May 16 for a visit. No one came or called yesterday.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The employee promised to keep it under control, but in this company, no one cares about customers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Terrible service!&lt;BR /&gt;I should have read this forum before posting the order. I would never contact you!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;AVOID THIS PROVIDER!</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;HA-HA-HA-HA!&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I forward this question to Plusnet: &lt;STRONG&gt;Where is my router?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Plusnet couldn't send me router during a month and a half. Moreover, I see "Your wireless broadband router order has been canceled" status in my order.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Why did the Openreach guys come? &lt;STRONG&gt;Just look at the green led! They didn't do anything else.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;!'ve waited more than three week for that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I wanted to laugh about it with Chelsea, but she's not working today.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
