      <description>My broadband was meant to go live at midnight last, my talktalk was disconnected yesterday morning. I run a business from my home and need to be able to speak with them but am unable as I have no wifi. Is there anything I can do?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried rebooting the Hub? Hold a paper clip or similar in the reset hole for ~30 seconds or until the light goes green, release and wait five minutes or so for the Hub to reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK. You are obviously connected, but I wonder if the 'username/password is correct? What is showing on your screen if you navigate to this page on your Hub?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK. Sorry for the late reply. I find that strange as you have a solid? orange light - not flashing? - which would indicate the connection from the OR network to your Hub&amp;nbsp; is complete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The colour of the lights and their state will tell you all you need to know ... if only you could find the help sheet which came with the router.
