Reward card incentives a scam

I switched from EE to PlusNet and set up the contract for broadband with a £75 reward card which I would receive in several months during the contract and the same for the mobile with £40. PlusNet are reneging saying that these were sent out a month later. Not true. I see that this is a regular occurrence.

Same here. I have also got the same cases. Even i had talked to the CS and they said they have already sent to me, but I m sure i havent got any e mail related to the Reward Card.

what a poor plusnet promise!!!!!! shame!!!!
