      <title>Order delayed. What's going on?</title>

      <description>Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My broadband was meant to go live yesterday, but instead I had a message saying "There's been a problem progressing your broadband order."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Another message popped up later in the evening saying "Assigning ticket to workflow to be actioned 255".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know there's been a few other people with similar issues in the last few days but I haven't seen any replies from plusnet themselves - is there a common reason for this happening? And how long is it likely to be before there's an update? Do I need to be doing anything to progress the order myself?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm using mobile data at the moment and trying to ration it, but it's difficult not even knowing how long I need to ration for!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be hugely appreciated; thank you in advance.</description>
