£50 plusnet reward card

Hi there,
I have upgraded my broadband. My new service went live on 30th of January. I supposed to receive £50 reward card within 10 days from activation date but I still did not receive any email at all. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for getting in touch, hope you're doing ok

We're currently aware of an issue that is impacting certain deals that were taken out which is why you've not heard anything about the reward card, I'm really sorry you've been impacted. Not to worry though, one way or another I'll make sure this deal is fulfilled.

I've escalated the account up to our cashback team to see if we can get the card issued / claimed on your behalf or if a cheque can be issued. They'll be back in touch with me within 3 working days, at which point I'll take touch base with you again.
