Took time off work for engineers who never cam etc. Finally sorted out and was offered £315 compensation was very happy with this as covered all my time. Have just received a email to say will pe compensated £16.80. Cant really understand what's happened and not very happy. Hate having to be on hold for over a hour as I have done this loads over oast few months. Any ideas?
