i have been with plusnet since December 2022 and i have had had no email regarding the reward card i was meant to be emailed about?

I haven't had my Reward Card either, signed up in December '22 too

Thanks you for reaching out over the Forums, checking over your account I can see that you did sign up for a reward card but you aren't within the cashback system. I've sent this across to our back office team to investigate further. I'll have another update within the next 72 working hours.

@nedjohn - I've looked into your account and not able to find a reward card associated with your deal. This could be because you've been browsing around different sites so the cookies and caches weren't cleared so this can impact the deal you sign up for. If you do have an order confirmation that shows the reward card was included, I'll be able to take it from there. (Please note that I can't accept screenshots of deals pulled from comparison sites or straight from the sales page on our website).

Hello @csmith94

We are on our 2nd plusnet User ID due to problems with virus protection on the first. We did indeed compare lots of potential service providers. The contract is not explicit about the reward.

Maybe we misunderstood it, or there weren't enough available for us.
