    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I had my internet package changed from fibre broadband to full fibre on the 18th of Jan. They charged me for the delivery of a new router and booked an engineer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, I have not received any notifications when my new hub will arrive nor any notification whether the change is successful as no order can be tracked on my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there any kind soul that can help me, please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I've just checked over your account and can see that the upgrade is set to take place on 24/2/23.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We send out the router a day or two prior to activation so that's set to reach you in time for that going ahead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
