Hello. I have just signed up and moving away from talktalk which comes to an end on 9/2/23. Can I choose this as a go live date?

Thanks for reaching over the forums and it's great to hear you've decided to join up

It does take around 2 weeks to takeover an existing service so you're due to be going live on 13/02/23, I wouldn't be able to bring forward this date. However, unless you've spoken to TalkTalk prior to cancel on the 9th, they'll just continue until we take over.
