Hi Team,

Good Morning,

I have booked new broadband connection for new moving house. I receiving message to my registered mobile phone number stating "Your Home Phone service should be active 25/1/23" and "Your Broadband service will be active on coming 31/1". But still have not received Router and Phone Instrument to the New Address. When It will come, let me know if anything I have to do from my end.

@bhairavsai Your Hub will arrive around now - it is despatched to arrive around 3 - 4 days before your connection is due to go live - have you checked your Member Centre to see if there are any questions/tickets advising the Hub has been despatched, if it has, one of those questions should include a parcel-tracking number.

Plusnet do not supply your physical telephone, that is up to you to source.

So I have to buy a separate Phone Handset to utilize the Phone Line connection am I right please?

When the Router will be deliver sir. My target date they mentioned 31/01/23, so I could expect within these day the Router will be deliver to my New Address. Am I right please?

Yes, you have to buy your own telephone, Plusnet only provide the Hub.

The router, as I said, should arrive very soon, if it has not already arrived - have you checked for any deliveries to your new address?

You are not obliged to connect a landline phone, many households now use mobile phones only.

However a landline phone can be usefully for diagnosing broadband fault.

Thanks for all your previous respond, Have received the Router on last friday. Have received SMS from Plusnet, until further information we suppose not to setup the router. Shall I wait for the SMS confirmation from Plusnet to setup the router.
