My Quidco cash back has been declined as I used a discount. However I didn’t apply another discount into the order and only followed the link from the Quidco website - which is still active. In this the activation fee is £0 which I assume is the discount, however this is part of the package from the Quidco app. One of the main reasons to choose plusnet was the cashback as I can get the same speeds elsewhere.

I'm really sorry for how long it's taken to get back to you. We've been quite busy recently so it's taking longer than we'd like to reply.

Looking at your account I can see the offer you signed up on entitled you to a reward card from us. This would override the cashback from Quidco as you can only have one or the other as per their terms and conditions

The reward card option was the only one for full fibre 145 , which is the offer that Quidco were advertising through their link? Quidco have stated that it is plusnet who are rejecting the cashback, not Quidco.

“On this occasion, the retailer has declined your cashback claim stating that a voucher or discount was used during the purchase.“

If that is the case then I will refuse the reward card as if I remember this was less than the £120 cashback as advertised and I haven’t even recieved it yet.
It’s very frustrating that this has come to light once I am out of the 14 days cancellation as well. Very sneaky to advertise the cashback without mentioning anything about the reward card - I’ve double checked and only use of a voucher or discount is mentioned of which this is neither.

Hey there @DanniM45

The highest cashback that we offer from our side is £75 so the rest of the money that was promised would come from quidco unfortunately. I can imagine that it is frustrating but that' all that we can advise on this one.

I will feedback the process for you though.
