    <description>&lt;P&gt;Emails would normally "come off the back" of the ticket.&amp;nbsp; Did that ticket indicate if it had been sent out via email and if so to an email address you monitor?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Plusnet has yet again failed to confirm an activation date in writing for an FTTP order.&amp;nbsp; I have spoken to customer services today and they have confirmed a new activation date of 5th Jan 2023 but are yet to provide it in writing(even though I have requested this).&amp;nbsp; I need a Plusnet rep to confirm this activation date IN WRITING.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plusnet has already failed to confirm an engineers visit today (22nd Dec 2022) failing to give me any notification of the changed date to the 5th Jan.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you looked at the tickets attached to your account? &lt;BR /&gt;Having a confirmed date, be it written or otherwise. does not guarantee that Openreach, who are a law unto themselves, will actually turn up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have checked the tickets now (not aware this was actually something i could do).&amp;nbsp; Plusnet have sent a reply to the ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plusnet have provided a response but also states they would email me the details.&amp;nbsp; No email received as of yet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
