Could I please receive confirmation on why I have received this message, how long of a delay I should expect and whether or not I should be connecting my new router.       <description>Thanks very much. I spoke with Plusnet yesterday and they advised that there shouldn’t be a delay. This morning a got email confirmation that my broadband was ready but I’m getting an orange flashing symbol when trying to connect. I’m hoping that this gets fixed asap.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Updates show that it's been assigned to an engineer earlier this morning so we should have some movement and updates on that soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi Adam, thanks for your message and for looking into this. I’ve had a number of issues now for the last week and it’s having an impact on my ability to do my job effectively as I WFH. My activation was initially delayed, then there was an issue getting me connected which OpenReach needed to resolve and now my router is disconnecting continuously. Could you please advise on whether I am eligible for compensation and whether or not I am able to get another account credit for a hotspot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Ramsey</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Ramsey, no worries. We don't have a hotspot/mifi solution we could offer I'm afraid but line faults like this are usually resolved quite quickly.&lt;/P&gt;
