    <description>My SIM card has not arrived and Plusnet has arranged with my previous mobile provider to be disconnected. Have done several transfers between providers in the past and never got disconnected prior to receiving the new SIM card.</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am very sorry to hear that the SIM cards not arrived just yet. It can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive from the date it's dispatched, however deliveries may take a little longer at the moment due to current strike actions and the upcoming festive season. Please may I ask when the transfer completed and whether or not the SIM card's arrived in the time since you made this post the other day?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Two weeks without phone as SIM Card has not arrived and my phone disconnected. I will be calling Plusnet this afternoon to cancel the contract and move to a provider who ship their SIM cards within 2 days.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have reports of routers shipped via an assured 24 hour tracked service to have been stuck in a Royal Mail sorting office for over 10 days. There is no reason to not suspect that the delivery of SIMS (from all suppliers) are similarly blighted by militant union strike action.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's where being able to go into a shop and get a replacement SIM&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I had a problem with my back up phone I went into the Three shop I was given a new SIM which sorted the problem all in an hour and it was free&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's a pity PN does have spare SIM's at the BT/EE&amp;nbsp; shops but that would be too easy&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Many corner shops/newsagents also sell SIM's for many companies for about 0.99p&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
