&lt;P&gt;Re:&amp;nbsp; Hub not working - try doing a factory reset - insert a paper clip into the rest hole on the rear of the Hub, hold the switch closed for ~30 seconds,&amp;nbsp; or&amp;nbsp; until the light turns green, release, and then wait until it is solid blue.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Outstanding Ticket on order ~</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an outstanding ticket&amp;nbsp; raised by Plusnet&amp;nbsp; , I was asked to contact them&amp;nbsp; but&amp;nbsp; everytime&amp;nbsp; i ring ,&amp;nbsp; i cant get through&amp;nbsp; , there seems to be no one online for an online chat , its&amp;nbsp; just frequently asked questions&amp;nbsp; .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas on what the current wait times are&amp;nbsp; ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also cant get the&amp;nbsp; router to work&amp;nbsp; , its starts off solid green then turns into flashing orange&amp;nbsp; lights&amp;nbsp; , no idea why its not working&amp;nbsp; has anyone else had this problem&amp;nbsp; .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I can see that there was an issue but the order should complete on the 19th. That's been put on the open ticket as well for you.&lt;/P&gt;
