      <title>From JLP to Plusnet Broadband order stuck</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Switched from JLP Broadband to Plusnet (old service going away).&amp;nbsp; Notified 2 Dec Line changed; router arrived beforehand ok.&amp;nbsp; No info as to why broadband switch hasn't been made.&amp;nbsp; Tracker simply says "problem on the line".&amp;nbsp; No contact email or other from Plusnet.&amp;nbsp; Can't get through on the phone (wait for 30 minutes no response).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I put a note on the question (No&amp;nbsp;229238963) asking for advice, but nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can there be a problem when I was (and still am) ok using John Lewis' connection, which (I'm informed) is Plusnet under the covers anyway?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update:&amp;nbsp; Just on the line to Plusnet after I submitted this item.&lt;BR /&gt;Apparently the automatic transfer from JLP to +net failed and the (very) helpful assistant has started the new service for me.&amp;nbsp; Let's hope this works pretty soon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Success! The support person (Jawed) was polite, helpful and efficient. I was pleased as punch and working five minutes after I left the call.&lt;BR /&gt;Once you get through (40 minutes wait in the queue) the service is excellent. Well done.</description>
