topic Static IP still dynamic in My Order

Hi,

I have called up plusnet and asked for a static ip which I was given but on restarting my router the members centre still shows my ip as dynamic. I've waited and rebooted several times but it still is showing as dynamic. Is the page that shows whether the ip is static or dynamic broken or am I just still on a dynamic ip? I'd prefer to be sure before I use this ip to set up remote access for another site.

Thanks

Mark

Hi Mark,

Thanks for flagging this up, I just spotted something that was wrong that meant it didn't pick a static IP on your account, I've given it a poke and the static IP is showing up now on our side so should show in the member centre what it is and if you disconnect/reconnect again it should get assigned to your router.

Sorry about that, I'm going to do some digging as to why it didn't work and check to see if you're the only one affected.
