      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We were due to receive a visit from an engineer today, 23rd November, between 0800-1300 for our upgrade to Full Fibre 300, which is supposed to activate today also. I wanted to check if there has been an issue with this, as I see a few similar customers with this complaint.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kind regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Thom&lt;/P&gt;</description>
