I've been with Plusnet for 8 years continuously and before that on and off at both my current and previous addresses. I haven't previously asked for a new router in all the time I've been with Plusnet but thought it was about time the tech was refreshed. Taking new equipment at contract renewal is supposed to incur a P&amp;P charge.</P> <P>I've also checked and I can't see any reference to a new router in any of your contract copy.</P> <P>This said, I've no reason to doubt what was verbally agreed so I''ve arranged for a new router to be sent to you.
