      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; So I have been waiting in this morning 08:00 - 13:00 for an engineer to install full fibre.&amp;nbsp; Apparently "plusnet will keep you informed if they have a mobile number for you" (they do).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No one has been in contact and no engineer has turned up.&amp;nbsp; What was the fee they charge if we're not here when they turn up? Is there a reciprocal arrangement? I've lost half a day at £150&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The engineer still hasn't shown &amp;amp; plusnet support have no information as to whether they will turn up today or not. What I'm wondering is whether my FTTC connection will die today &amp;amp; leave me with no internet?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
