      <description>&lt;P&gt;On 2022-09-04 I followed a link from &lt;A href="http://www.moneysavingexpert.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.moneysavingexpert.com&lt;/A&gt; to plusnet, taking out broadband with a £65 reward card. I use firefox on linux and found buttons were missing on the plus.net web site, so I had to run `sudo update-crypto-policies --set LEGACY` as per &lt;A href="https://community.plus.net/t5/Everything-else/missing-buttons-on-plusnet-site-on-Firefox/m-p/1801129#M25652" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.plus.net/t5/Everything-else/missing-buttons-on-plusnet-site-on-Firefox/m-p/1801129#M25652&lt;/A&gt; .&lt;BR /&gt;The broadband service went live on 2022-09-19, although my old phone number hasn't transferred yet.&lt;BR /&gt;I hadn't had an email about claiming the reward card, so on 2022-10-21 I filled out the form at &lt;A href="https://www.plusnetrewards.com/Contact" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.plusnetrewards.com/Contact&lt;/A&gt; , but haven't had a reply. I do check junk.&lt;BR /&gt;I called Plusnet for an hour on 2022-10-27 which now shows as Question 228700028, but it seems read-only.&lt;BR /&gt;Can I please claim my reward card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm really sorry you have not received your reward and for the lack of communication around this . This is not the level of service we aim to provide and I can fully imagine the frustrations it is causing. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We’re quite chocka right now, so it’s taking a little longer than I’d usually like to get back to customers and I'm sorry about that.&lt;/P&gt;
