No reward card email

I joined Plusnet broadband through the Which site and am supposed to be sent a reward card email but it has not arrived. My first bill was paid on 22nd August.

Please can someone look into it?

Thanks for replying. I clicked through from the Which website and I checked the £70 was still being included!! How stupid of me to have trusted the process!!!!!

I signed up for the deal just before it ended but I was about to go on holiday so the actual transfer date was set for just over 2 weeks later. I checked using chat that I would still qualify for the reward.
