      <title>Delays getting service set up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New PlusNet customer and really unimpressed. Service was supposed to go live on Friday - it didn't. No communication from PlusNet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called on Saturday was told the relevant teams aren't working and they'd update me on Monday - they haven't.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Home internet is vital for my business. At expense to myself, I've had to move somewhere temporarily to be online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
