I was supposed to have a visit today by an engineer to set up broadband nobody showed up. I see this is a constant problem according to the forums. Could someone please help?

Thank you for your reply, I was told on Friday that the appointment was still on, I guess Plusnet was also in the dark.

Or possibly the agent you spoke to was - the strike dates are public knowledge.
