      <description>My phone line is activated and I received the text to say so , but I haven’t received a text about my broadband , I presumed this would be active the Same day as my phone line is ? Can anyone check this for me ? I have tried to call customer services but have been on hold for over 40 mins.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks Les</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't the instructions say not to connect the router until you get the text/email saying your broadband is ready, which can be any time up to midnight?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes I got email this morning @ 02:32 to say my phone line had switched and was active , but nothing about the broadband. I am presuming once the phone line was taken over and active the broadband would be activated on the same day ? But I haven’t received email or text about this</description>

From previous instances of this nature, I have seen the Hubs spring into life once all PNs 'hooks' are in the correct 'holes', although on occasion, people have had to reboot the Hub the following day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
